About the position

The Sales Associate at Lilly Pulitzer is responsible for assisting customers and supporting the operational and sales needs of the retail business. This role emphasizes providing exceptional customer service, driving sales through product knowledge, and maintaining the brand's visual and operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clientele and support operational and sales needs of the business.
  • Understand the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including lifestyle, client, merchandise, and heritage.
  • Demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Drive sales by providing exceptional service using product knowledge and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Help maintain visual and operational standards as set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams.
  • Provide continuous feedback to store management on selling opportunities and successes.
  • Exhibit the Core Values set forth by Lilly Pulitzer.

Requirements

  • Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
