About the position

LifeStance Health is seeking Child Psychiatrists to join their clinical team in the Cincinnati Area Clinics. This role focuses on providing high-quality mental healthcare to children and adolescents, utilizing a hybrid model that includes both telehealth and in-person services. The position offers flexibility in work schedules and emphasizes a strong work/life balance, with no night shifts, hospital calls, or weekend work required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to children and adolescents.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with mid-level providers and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements

• Fully licensed psychiatrist in the state of Ohio.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC).
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Experience in treating child/adolescent patients.
