About the position

LifeStance Health is seeking Adult Psychiatrists to join their clinical team in the Dayton Area Clinics. This role focuses on providing high-quality mental healthcare in a flexible work environment, emphasizing patient care and clinical excellence. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with a hybrid model that includes telehealth and in-person services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult patients.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with mid-level providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Participate in clinical meetings and case discussions.

Requirements

• Fully licensed psychiatrist in the state of Ohio.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC).
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Experience in treating adult patients.

• Experience with telemedicine practices.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches.
