Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

About the position

Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Nurse Practitioners that are licensed in California and PMHNP certified. The position offers the ability to treat the way you want to treat, with opportunities to do as much or as little psychotherapy as desired. Providers can create their own caseload and determine the number of patients they would like to see. LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues in an outpatient care setting, both in-person at its clinics nationwide and through its digital health telemedicine offering.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct medication management and therapy for adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Create and manage a personal caseload of patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Licensed in California.
• PMHNP certified.
• At least 1 year of independent psychiatric nurse practitioner experience.
• Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.
