About The Position

Procurement Clerks primarily perform duties related to the testing of ECG products for the proper workability related to functionality. Provisioning clerks have responsibilities that often change daily with the needs of the day-to-day operational needs. Clerical duties will be performed in accordance with the department procedures of where they are working at the time. Work is performed under direct supervision by a manager or lead worker; however, the employee is expected to exercise good judgment and discretion within the limits of established procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Help organize procurement activities; assist with projects as needed
  • Scrutinizing of ECG product specifications by testing products functionality/reliability
  • Assist with procurement of goods expediting of orders, and follow up on outstanding orders
  • Provide logistical support
  • Participate in company staff meetings and attend other meeting as directed
  • Maintain proper communication, records as well as any reporting requirements
  • Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety
  • Perform other general clerical duties
