About the position
The Provider Data Relationship Lead at Elevance Health is responsible for coordinating and consolidating various impact analyses for management reporting. This role involves establishing and optimizing processes for forecasting and month-end results, preparing executive summary reports for top management decision-making, and analyzing complex business needs. The position requires collaboration with both business and technical areas to implement new or enhanced products and may involve coordination with external audits.
Responsibilities
- Establish and optimize consolidating processes for forecast and month-end results.
- Consolidate and prepare executive summary reports for various business segments.
- Analyze and design solutions to address complex business needs.
- Collaborate with businesses and technical areas to implement new or enhanced products.
- Coordinate with external audits as appropriate.
- Act as the central contact with internal departments and external auditors.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of products and internal business models and data systems.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience providing leadership in evaluating financial performance of complex organizations.
- Experience in SQL and data analysis.
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, organizational, planning, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and develop plans to address issues.
