The Prototype Construction Specialist at ICP Group is responsible for creating high-quality product samples for various brands, ensuring precision and quality in the assembly process. This role requires a meticulous individual with strong construction skills and basic administrative abilities to manage inventory effectively. The position is based in Tampa, FL, and involves collaboration with sales, marketing, and production teams to fulfill sample requests in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Create, assemble, and prepare product samples for various brands, ensuring precision and quality.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to fulfill sample requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain and organize sample inventory, including tracking and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Ensure product samples meet company standards for quality and accuracy.
• Utilize basic email functions to communicate with internal teams and manage inventory orders.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of samples to fulfillment warehouse.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction, building, or a related field, with a focus on hands-on craftsmanship.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - a perfectionist attitude is a must.
• Ability to work with various building materials (e.g., roofing, waterproofing, coatings) and understand their applications - training will be provided.
• Basic computer skills, including email proficiency for inventory management and communication.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant experience preferred.
