Responsibilities

  • Ensure PBCS meets all planning metrics
  • Prepare and present for Customer and Senior Leader Briefings
  • Support internal PBCS review boards
  • Ensure the PBCS team completes all deliverables on time
  • Integrate schedules across suppliers, internal discrete work, the Navy, and other IPTs
  • Track, integrate, and coordinate schedules across all parties
  • Act as the primary interface between the PBCS IPT and the program planning team

Requirements

  • Exposure to project management, either through school or professionally
  • Experience in program planning, either through school or professionally
  • Understanding of Engineering Principles

Nice-to-haves

  • Missile and/or aerospace related education or experience
  • Experience in planning with program requirement of EVM
  • Prior experience as either CAM or Planner
  • Experience in coordinating across multiple teams
  • Risk and opportunity experience with an understanding of continuous improvement concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated leadership and initiative
  • Current US DoD TOP SECRET Clearance
