Responsibilities
- Ensure PBCS meets all planning metrics
- Prepare and present for Customer and Senior Leader Briefings
- Support internal PBCS review boards
- Ensure the PBCS team completes all deliverables on time
- Integrate schedules across suppliers, internal discrete work, the Navy, and other IPTs
- Track, integrate, and coordinate schedules across all parties
- Act as the primary interface between the PBCS IPT and the program planning team
Requirements
- Exposure to project management, either through school or professionally
- Experience in program planning, either through school or professionally
- Understanding of Engineering Principles
Nice-to-haves
- Missile and/or aerospace related education or experience
- Experience in planning with program requirement of EVM
- Prior experience as either CAM or Planner
- Experience in coordinating across multiple teams
- Risk and opportunity experience with an understanding of continuous improvement concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated leadership and initiative
- Current US DoD TOP SECRET Clearance
