Property Manager - Commercial Properties Orange County, California

About the position

America West Properties, Inc is seeking to hire a full-time, experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties in Orange County, California, and the Inland Empire. Candidates will have the opportunity to work for a well-established commercial real estate company that manages over four million square feet of office, industrial, and retail assets. This position is supported by outstanding staff members, who assist the Property Manager with accounting and day-to-day management functions. America West Properties, Inc. will offer the candidate both position and salary growth opportunities through the expansion of the property portfolio with additional management assets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property management, including tenant lease management, vendor management, and site management
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, reconciliations, and analysis spreadsheets
• Review and analysis of monthly operating statements
• Interface and communicate with management team members
• Regular communication with property ownership

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial property management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• California Real Estate License
• Working knowledge of Yardi, Excel, Word
