About the position
The Property Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing basic home repairs and maintenance tasks for a growing local real estate investment company managing a portfolio of over 300 units throughout Ohio. The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently without supervision.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic home repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct basic plumbing repairs such as faucet and toilet repairs.
- Handle basic electrical tasks including replacing outlets and switches.
- Repair and install appliances as needed.
- Execute basic carpentry tasks including cabinet and door repairs.
- Coordinate and complete work orders as requested by management.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
- Own tools necessary for maintenance tasks.
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience.
Nice-to-haves
- HVAC certification (not required but a plus).
