About the position
The position involves working as a 1099 contractor for property maintenance services specifically for REO (Real Estate Owned) properties, foreclosures, and bank-owned vacant homes in Greencastle, IN. Contractors will be responsible for various maintenance tasks to ensure the properties are secure and well-maintained, with a pay rate of up to $8,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Perform lock changes and rekeying services.
- Conduct lawn care and maintenance.
- Handle snow removal tasks.
- Execute trash-outs and debris removals.
- Carry out small repairs as needed.
- Perform tree trimming and tree removal.
- Winterize properties as required.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance.
- 1 year of experience in property maintenance.
- 1 year of experience in general maintenance.
- Must have a truck and a phone.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
