About The Position
This role involves conducting drive-by occupancy inspections for mortgage companies and banks. The primary responsibility is to visit mortgaged properties, determine if they are occupied or vacant, and document the property's physical condition. Inspectors will use a mobile app to take photos, report occupancy status, rate the property's condition (Good, Fair, or Poor), and answer multiple-choice questions. This is a 1099 contractor position, ideal for individuals with flexible schedules such as Uber drivers, delivery personnel, etc. No resume is required.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
- Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
- Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
