About The Position
This role is ideal for individuals with flexible schedules, such as Uber drivers, Lyft drivers, DoorDashers, or delivery personnel. Mortgage companies and banks are legally obligated to document the occupancy and physical condition of all mortgaged loans. Property Inspectors are dispatched to physical properties to capture specific photographs and ascertain whether the property is occupied or vacant. The inspector then utilizes a mobile application to report on the general condition of the property. Mortgage Field Service Inspectors are responsible for determining property occupancy status, rating the property's condition as Good, Fair, or Poor, taking photos with a smartphone, completing a form via a downloadable app, and answering multiple-choice questions about the property's condition.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
- Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
- Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
Responsibilities
