About The Position
This role involves conducting drive-by occupancy inspections for mortgaged properties. The primary responsibility is to determine if a property is occupied or vacant and to document its physical condition. This is achieved by taking specific photos of the property using a smartphone and reporting the general condition via a mobile app. The inspector will rate the property's condition as Good, Fair, or Poor and answer multiple-choice questions about its state. This is a 1099 contractor position, ideal for individuals with flexible schedules such as Uber drivers, delivery personnel, etc.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
- Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
- Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
