Responsibilities

• Create high-level financial forecasts based on scheduled and potential production.
• Make capacity and loading recommendations for assigned product lines.
• Review incoming opportunities and assess impacts on capacity, loading, booking, revenue, margin, cash, and productivity.
• Achieve an optimum balance between financial and capacity needs and operational productivity.
• Own the capacity reporting tool and loading strategy for apparatus product lines.
• Collaborate closely with EP Operations across switchboard manufacturing plants and finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field, or 4-6 years of equivalent experience in the electrical industry.
• 5+ years of experience in managing electrical projects.
• Experience with creating dashboards using Knime and Tableau.
• Knowledge of the electrical distribution market (low voltage apparatus).
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice-to-haves

• 6+ years of successful experience in related field with demonstrated key responsibilities.
• Advanced degree may be substituted for experience where applicable.
• Advanced knowledge of Siemens EM LP COMPAS tool.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Scheduling and SAP.
