Responsibilities
- Develop Proposal/Bid and Preconstruction Schedules with General Managers, Business Development, and the Director of Preconstruction.
- Create Construction Schedules with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Subcontractors.
- Visit project sites and attend coordination meetings.
- Assist in developing recovery/acceleration schedules.
- Manage bi-weekly schedule updates and update material delivery dates.
- Support the Project Manager with Subcontractor schedule coordination and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Thorough understanding of P6 and the construction industry.
- Prior experience in construction project scheduling.
