Provide overall management and direction for mechanical construction projects ranging from $0.5 million to $1.5 Million or greater.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent, plus extensive experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required.
At least two years of experience in construction design, finance, and management desirable. Education may be substituted for experience.
Must have a working knowledge of structural, mechanical, and electrical civil and building practices and concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Superior organization skills, ability to make independent decisions and multi-task.
Excellent business acumen.
Confidence in directing and coordinating staff, sub-contractors and consultants.
Innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
Thorough understanding of construction software, corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project etc.)
CSL or willingness to obtain within one year of hire date.
Valid unrestricted Driver's License
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana) and DOT physical.
