The Project Manager (PM) provides comprehensive support to the company's project management and field staff teams on designated commercial construction projects. They are Chapman's point person during interactions with subcontractors, design teams, vendors, and clients. A Project Manager develops project budgets and proposals, coordinates subcontractor activities, develops and tracks performance against project schedules, manages project financials, and collects all closeout information.
