About the position

The Project Manager for Air Solutions & Balancing is responsible for managing a team of Test and Balance Technicians while fostering strong relationships with clients. This role involves seeking new business opportunities, providing expert advice, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability. The Project Manager will also oversee Assistant Project Managers and ensure effective scheduling and management of technicians.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify clients' needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Provide clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guide their decision-making process.
• Upsell and cross-sell products/services to clients.
• Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Meet sales/revenue targets and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage the Assistant Project Managers and schedule Technicians to ensure project profitability.
• Handle Technician issues, reviews, disciplinary issues, and overall team management.

Requirements

• Degree in construction management, engineering, management, or a similar field.
• Five years minimum experience as a Project Manager in customer service or a similar role, preferably HVAC industry experience.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and team management skills.
