The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive execution across multiple engineering and business teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar technical project management role.
  • Strong technical understanding of software development, systems engineering, and/or IT infrastructure.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical capabilities with an emphasis on scalable, practical solutions.
  • Ability to influence and drive initiatives across multiple teams and leadership levels.
  • Experience preparing and presenting reports based on data analysis.
  • Basic Card Domain knowledge required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large‑scale, cross‑functional technical programs from inception through delivery.
  • Leverage strong technical background to collaborate with software engineering, systems engineering, and IT infrastructure teams.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies, including oversight of data‑conversion projects.
  • Apply project management best practices (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and adapt methodologies to the needs of each team.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders with clarity and precision.
  • Analyze data, evaluate information sources for reliability, and prepare clear, actionable reports for leadership and other departments.
  • Train junior team members and ensure proper organization, interpretation, and communication of collected data.
  • Drive alignment across teams, influence without authority, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on delivery.
