About The Position

The Project Manager within the Software Division is responsible for the successful delivery of digital health solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring that SaaS implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and meet customer expectations.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of project management experience within a healthcare environment.
  • Experience with large complex projects is preferred; technology projects are an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree required; in a healthcare related discipline an asset.
  • Robust knowledge of project management principles, and strong ability to utilize various project management principles, proficiency in project management tools. Project Management certifications are an asset.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface professionally with customers.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills. Customers love to work with you.

Responsibilities

  • Project Execution: Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring proper delivery approaches (Waterfall or Agile) are implemented.
  • Process Efficiency: Identify and suggest ways to improve project workflows to enhance customer-centric implementation.
  • Resource Coordination: Manage workload and resource tasks for assigned projects to ensure milestones are met.
  • Reporting: Provide regular status updates and project reports to internal stakeholders and client leads.
  • Client Engagement: Partner with Client Success to ensure customers realize value from products throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify project risks and escalate blockers to leadership when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contract Support: Assist in the development, execution, and close-out of contracts and project statements of work.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Lead project-related meetings with internal teams and external client project teams.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Navigates ambiguity with ease, and finds clarity for the team
