Requirements

  • Partner with key stakeholders including Digital Sales, Self Service Products and Platforms Product Organizations, Customer Operations, and other departments within SD/IT to manage complex programs.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to create and deliver a cohesive technology strategy and roadmap and ensure alignment with the product delivery roadmaps
  • Create and maintain relationships with new and existing stakeholders
  • Participate in intake meetings, identifying impact to Services
  • Participate in the prioritization activities with stakeholders and communicate priority Services development teams
  • Enable leadership decisions through the facilitation impact analysis with development teams
  • Create and maintain ticket hierarchy that facilitates the implementation of business initiatives as prioritized by leadership.
