About The Position

We are seeking an Intermediate Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a large-scale transformation program within the banking or life insurance sector. The candidate must have led complex projects from start to finish, managing scope, budget, risks, stakeholders, and closure. A key aspect of this role is coordinating the integration of several interdependent workstreams. The ideal candidate is autonomous, drives deliverables without follow-up, and takes initiative in an ambiguous environment. On-site presence 2 days/week is required and non-negotiable.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of project management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a large-scale transformation program.
• Experience in the banking or life insurance sector.
• Experience leading complex projects from start to finish (scope, budget, risks, stakeholders, closure).
• Experience coordinating the integration of several interdependent workstreams.
• Experience in a complex, highly interdependent program.
• Experience in inter-project coordination and integration management in a matrix environment.
• Direct experience with the client or a comparable modernization program (banking or life insurance).
• On-site presence 2 days/week at the client's premises.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a program PO (cross-functional backlog, multi-workstream perspective).
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• SAFe certification or equivalent large-scale agile methodology (SAFe Practitioner, RTE, PSPO, or equivalent).
