About The Position

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks a Project Manager (I/II/III) who is detail-oriented, and customer focused to join our Government Services department. You will help assist and lead both development and research-based government contracts from award to completion, working closely with teams of engineers, technicians, and production personnel. This customer-facing role requires the ability to lead multifunctional projects while managing scope, schedule, and budget. If you excel at project management and enjoy a fast-paced, customer focused environment, this career may be for you! US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED

Requirements

You are a US citizen.
You hold a bachelor's degree in a related field or have equivalent experience.
You have two years of direct experience coordinating projects.
You are detail-oriented and customer-focused.
You enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and disciplines.
You are interested in growing your career through challenging work.
You would like to help make electric power safer, more reliable, and more economical.

Nice To Haves

Have experience in product development projects.

Responsibilities

Meeting with customers and outlining project details such as cost, timeline, and deliverables.
Updating and analyzing schedules and budgets for multifunctional projects.
Evaluating resource availability and managing assignments.
Ensuring purchase order requirements and customer specifications are being met.
