Responsibilities

  • Coordinate & assess quality of project deliverables in alignment with the scope of work.
  • May lead resources and external workers.
  • May act as Engagement Manager to coordinate/assess the quality and compliance of overall project deliverables performed by vendors, service providers and/or project-based workers.
  • Accountable for the management of the project's full cycle: planning, implementation, monitoring, and completion.
  • Support project funding process (ILM) and alignment with sponsor goals.
  • Manage challenging timelines and prioritize critical tasks.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree and 3 years of project management experience
  • Or Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of project management experience
  • Or Associate’s degree and 10 years of project management experience
  • Or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of project management experience
  • Experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong project management leading experience.
  • Capital project management and validation combined experience.
  • Experience of commissioning and qualification (C&Q) of facilities or equipment.
  • Skills in balancing multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in working with multiple priorities simultaneously in a team matrix environment.
  • Practical project management software and spreadsheet skills.
