About the position
The Project Manager in Marine Survey will oversee various projects related to marine surveying, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and effectively. This role is primarily office-based, but it may require some supervisory duties in the field, which can include both shore-based and offshore activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage marine survey projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct fieldwork as necessary, providing supervision and guidance to field teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during field operations.
- Prepare and present project reports to clients and management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in marine surveying or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marine survey methodologies and practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
