About The Position

We are seeking a project professional responsible for utilising knowledge of the CSL Seqirus business and their project management expertise to deliver cross functional strategic projects in line with business plan objectives, budget and timelines.

Requirements

  • A bachelors degree in a Scientific, Engineering or Business discipline
  • Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
  • Project Management qualifications (i.e. PMI) from a certified institution.
  • Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a substantial amount of time managing projects and experience in leading and influencing teams
  • Proven ability to be able to work cross-functionally, preferably in a global environment, to integrate and drive plans to a conclusion
  • The ability to develop and sustain interpersonal relationships internally and externally across many stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and a drive to deliver outcomes
  • MS Project skills

Responsibilities

  • Leads projects to support the development and implementation of one or more elements of the CSL Seqirus business (e.g. Tech Transfers, new market entries) in collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, TechOps, Regulatory Affairs and Commercial Operations
  • Provides project management leadership & support, developing strategy proposals and risk mitigation plans, conducting feasibility evaluations, and delivering to budget, timescale and scope
  • Leads cross-functional teams to help optimise value, time, resources and risks, providing clear leadership and direction to project teams as necessary
  • Supports the development of project budgets for inclusion in OPEX annual Budgets
  • Develops and maintains integrated project plans and monitors project activities for adherence to milestone timelines, deliverables and budget against approved plan
  • Analyzes information and processes to solve problems including at times ambiguous situations with no clear pathway forward. Makes recommendations to keep projects to schedule against approved scope, budget and/or timeline
  • Develops and tracks relevant project KPIs and communicates project progress, risks and issues to project team members and relevant stakeholders, including timely provision of project reports/dashboards
  • Represents projects at multiple governance meetings such as Budget Review, SIRB & OIRB and other forums across Australian site & Global operations
  • Prepares pre-read reports and presentation materials for Governance meetings
  • Influences teams to work collaboratively, to be customer focused and to deliver superior performance through personal leadership abilities, mentoring and effective communication.
