About The Position

Project Manager Senior - Regulatory Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered. The Project Manager Senior is responsible for managing multiple projects of varying sizes and duration, including large projects that may span across enterprise systems and functions. In addition, the Project Manager Senior is responsible to incorporate both business and technology aspects of the project. This role must be able to bridge the gap between business need and technology design. How you will make an impact: Applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems. In addition to all responsibilities of a project manager, this position coaches and mentors project team members; mentors other project managers. Determines project scope; develops resource, risk, quality, cost, and scope management plans Tracks training plan milestones Facilitates requirement gathering discussions, as needed, across multiple business/technology areas Develops project approval matrix Identifies, tracks and ensures completion of project team training and tool needs Coordinates requirements gathering, schedules implementation and post-implement plans, facilitates go/no go decisions, removes roadblocks and impediments to delivery and defines/documents escalation paths, as needed to ensure successful delivery. Defines quality gates for each project methodology phase Defines critical success factors Establishes and manages the project warranty period.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years professional project management experience, during which at least 3 years are spent leading and directing medium-large scale project efforts; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Healthcare insurance experience strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience working with regulatory environments strongly preferred.
  • Familiar with project management tools such as Service Now (SNOW), JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project and Google Smart Sheets preferred.
  • Familiar with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodology preferred.
