About the position

The Infinity Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the post-sale completion of contracts and customer service projects related to window and door replacements. This role involves technical measurements, product ordering, and supervising onsite installations, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager plays a crucial role in establishing the company as the preferred choice for homeowners in Toledo.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct final measurements for windows and doors.
  • Provide installation and service solutions that match customer expectations.
  • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Be detailed and punctual with appointments, documentation, and commitments.
  • Create and monitor purchase orders with accuracy.
  • Ensure accurate job costing of labor rates and direct placement of product orders with vendors.
  • Order all specialty products as needed.
  • Allocate the accurate amount of materials needed to complete projects.
  • Stage all jobs with accurate materials in the warehouse.
  • Be the first on site for every job and introduce yourself and installation team.
  • Set expectations with the homeowner regarding schedule and work to be done.
  • Confirm job completion walk-through time with homeowners.
  • Manage sub-contractors and their work.
  • Recruit, vet, and train new installation crews.
  • Connect with installation crews on specifics for the jobs.
  • Assist all installation partners with questions and concerns on projects measured.
  • Address all project and customer issues with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Conduct job completion walk-through with homeowner(s).

Requirements

  • Experience in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Construction experience, preferably in home improvement and/or window replacement.
  • Experience working with and problem solving directly with customers/homeowners.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable accident and moving violation record.
  • Ability to lift, push/pull, and carry at least 40lbs.
  • Ability to stand for at least 6 hours per day.
  • Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and kneel.
