About the position

The Project Manager for Radiometer is responsible for overseeing large-scale, complex installations involving instrumentation, data management, integration, and pre-analytical solutions within enterprise-level health systems. This role is part of the Project Management team and is fully remote, requiring support for central or eastern time zone territories. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet customer objectives while ensuring adherence to project timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Clinical, Technical) to design and implement solutions that achieve customer objectives.
  • Execute professional project planning using effective oral and written communication, providing detailed implementation execution while monitoring timelines throughout all project phases.
  • Conduct project implementation and status update meetings to manage tasks, facilitate issue resolution, manage risk, and drive project timelines.
  • Act as the single point of contact ensuring streamlined communication between the customer and Radiometer, providing periodic updates to primary stakeholders.
  • Develop client relationships and engage in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of hospital organizations, including C-level executives.
  • Strive to improve customers' implementation outcomes, including time to go-live, integration health, and customer satisfaction; report back to Leadership on influencing factors and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business management, or related field.
  • Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification or PMP eligible.
  • 3 to 5 years of Project Management experience with a solid track record in leading projects.
  • Sophisticated understanding of the Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry, particularly in the Laboratory Regulatory environment.
  • Primary language English and maximum 25% travel.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Project Management Tools, Networking, Internet, and Software Application configuration.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare IT applications and functionality, including ASTM and HL7 interfaces, LIS, HIS, EMR integrations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree or MBA.
  • Experience in Medical Technology and/or Medical Devices.
  • Proficiency with Smart Sheet Project management tool.
  • Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
