About The Position

The Project Manager, Strategy and Operations supports the administration, coordination, and implementation of curricular governance activities, strategic priorities, and programmatic initiatives within the Office of Curricular Affairs and across the Department of Medical Education. This role focuses on ensuring that governance structures, processes, and workflows operate efficiently, and that initiatives are executed in alignment with established goals for the MD program. Working closely with departmental leadership and stakeholders, the Project Manager coordinates activities across committees and teams, maintains project plans and timelines, and tracks progress to support timely and effective implementation. This role is responsible for organizing information, monitoring deliverables, and supporting follow-through to ensure initiatives move forward as planned.

Requirements

  • Reports to the Associate Dean for UME Affairs.
  • Works closely with faculty leadership and administrative stakeholders.
