The Project Manager I/II will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. This role involves leading stakeholder outreach, engagement, and relationship management across various business units at SDG&E, and serving as a primary point of contact for external deliverables and communications. The Project Manager will manage and coordinate all activities required for the successful execution of large-scale/strategic projects across CAP, JA, Kearny, and WoLF processes. This includes overseeing key processes such as the Construction Allocation Process (CAP), Job Analysis (JA), Workload Forecasting (WoLF), and Kearny reporting. The role also involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, proposing innovative solutions, coordinating with business units to reduce inefficiencies and drive cost savings, and supporting process development and continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the Project Manager will train stakeholders on resource forecasting tools and processes, assist in developing Job Aids, Reference Documents, SOPs, and data request frameworks, provide quality assurance on team deliverables, and lead and validate urgent and complex data requests. The position requires delivering presentations, insights, and reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
