About the position

The Project Manager Field Supervisor at Region 6 Security Integration is responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects in the low voltage security industry. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively with teams and customers. The supervisor will manage project schedules, tasks, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations. The position involves engineering, construction planning, and safety management for various projects in the greater Seattle area, with occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, large-scale projects for both internal and external tasks.
• Contract administration, change orders, submittals, and procurement.
• Accountable for scheduling, facilitating project meetings, and supervising project teams.
• Provide general administrative and technical leadership for the project.
• Maintain all project records and monitor correspondence.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and organize projects.
• Report project progress and budget to clients and team members.
• Comply with safety and building regulations as well as legal requirements.
• Secure building permits and ensure the team stays on schedule.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.

Requirements

• Journeyman License
• Minimum three (3) years' previous relevant work experience
• Washington State Driver's License and proven good driving record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong customer-facing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized and solution-oriented
• Knowledge of applicable laws, codes, rules, and regulations.
