To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Projet Manager- Fabrication located in Dallas, TX. Reporting to the Operations Sr Director, the Project Manager - Fabrication will be responsible of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and project strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in project administration/management, with demonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end project execution and overall project health.
Hands-on experience managing projects in manufacturing settings involving powder.
Advanced operational, technical, and people/process management skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally and build strong internal and external customer relationships in a customer‑facing environment.
Expert understanding of multiple functional processes and technologies, including their interdependencies across the site(s), and the strategic impact of the function across locations.
Strong execution and communication skills, ensuring on‑time delivery, clear stakeholder communication, and effective use of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) for reporting and analysis.
Deep knowledge of Flex operations and business practices, with demonstrated expertise in complex technical or functional areas; prior experience leading or managing small teams.

Responsibilities

Organize, plan and direct project schedules and budgets.
In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
Reviews project proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
Monitor and track that project and project deliverables are met.
Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.
