The position requires gathering, creating, and maintaining project data using project management tools and systems, ensuring the integrity of tasks such as project setup and updates in the Oracle ERP system, project forecasting and reporting, and oversight of customer agreements and billing events related to projects. The individual will be accountable for completing assigned projects within budget and on time, managing project changes, and providing regular updates to various functions to ensure project objectives are met. Additionally, the role involves tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and collaborating with functional stakeholders while following established processes and performing other duties as required.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements.
  • Gather, create, and maintain project data leveraging project management tools and systems.
  • Project setup & update in the Oracle ERP system.
  • Project forecasting & reporting.
  • Oversight of specific governing customer agreements, billing events, & milestones related to a given project.
  • Track expenditures charged to the project.
  • Coordinate across functions to ensure appropriate revenue recognition associated with Non-recurrent Engineering (NRE) and/or sales of sample, prototype, or verification units as part of a defined project.
  • Accountable for completing an assigned project within budget and on time, meeting key performance objectives.
  • Manage issues to resolution or appropriately escalate issues for assistance in resolving.
  • Manage project and scope changes to what was defined in the quote and/or State of Work developed for the project.
  • Provide regular project updates to sales, operations, quality, finance and other functions.
  • Prepare, monitor, and manage the project to the defined plan, quote, budget, specification, and schedule.
  • Track the established Key Performance Indicators, including milestones, associated with a given project.
  • Provide support for resolving project management system data entry and reporting issues and for conducting data audits.
  • Use the established Program (Project) Management Office tools as prescribed in the PMO Handbook.
  • Collaborate with functional stakeholders.
  • Follow the established Product Development Process (PDP), Manufacturing Transfer Process (MTP), and/or Technical Development Process (TDP) procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field of study preferred.
  • 3 years experience in an engineering, project administrator, or project coordinator role demonstrating the application of essential project management skills and tools.
  • Adept at using computer & project management applications.
  • Effectively able to multitask.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experiences working with project management and/or ERP system tools preferred.
  • Good understanding of project budgeting & forecasting based on previous experiences.
  • Excellent and demonstrable critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
