About the position

Support Customer Service Administration initiatives by supporting accurate, complete and timely compliance adherence validation and control adequacy. Preparation of annual financial plan, monthly financial and audit reviews. This role will be open to Austin, El Paso, OKC, Overland Park, Topeka, Tulsa, or Wichita. This will have a hybrid schedule in office two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Service initiatives by coordinating and completing technology projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate the efforts of team members from internal and external groups, including customer service, information technology, and software vendors and consultants.
• Establish a project plan baseline, define the project's scope and goals, secure the necessary resources, and monitor all activities.
• Take part in requirements gathering and participate in contract preparation.
• Guide project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts, and escalations.
• Handle customer and stakeholder engagement: manage customer relationships by building confidence and trust, ensure project progress by arranging meetings and customer events.
• Develop and sustain customer relationships, both internal and external.
• Address and resolve product risks, roadblocks, and obstacles while securing resources to complete deliverables for large, complex, and challenging projects.
• Develop and communicate statements of projects, including project goals, scope, tasks, and expectations.
• Prioritize and monitor activities to deliver results within budgetary and resource constraints.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required in the performance of this job.

Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, a related degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading to solid business acumen with the ability to network among multiple departments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project resource planning, reporting, prioritization, and budgeting.
• Experience leading projects and programs that involve external providers or vendors (Customer Service or IT experience preferred).
• Experience managing multiple, concurrent, and significant projects.
• Experience developing business processes, project delivery practices, and educating business functions on effective project delivery practices.
• Experience in project management productivity tools and software, Microsoft Project preferred, and advanced Excel skills.
• Highly advanced, practical knowledge of business processes, program management methodologies, and project management tools (Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall).
• Demonstrated ability in coordinating teams from various workgroups, managing relationships with internal and external participants, and eliciting cooperation from sources including upper management, clients, vendors, and other departments.
• Experience in technology deployments with a focus on customer service for both internal and external customers.
• Experience with strategic and critical thinking.
• Experience developing information and conducting formal meetings.
• Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.
• Minimum Applicable driver's license.
