About the position

The Project Manager at CrowdStrike will lead and manage integrated marketing programs, focusing on transforming customer success stories into polished assets. This role involves collaboration across various teams to ensure alignment and efficiency while tracking the program's success.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage the process for streamlining impactful customer success assets.
  • Act as the central point of contact across marketing for customer stories and similar assets.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless collaboration.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to guide the production of customer success assets.
  • Monitor and communicate project status, proactively addressing potential risks or delays.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the impact and success of the customer storytelling program.
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Continuously refine workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and the quality of customer success assets.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders including senior management.
  • Experienced in optimizing processes and streamlining complex initiatives for maximum efficiency.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with customer storytelling and content creation processes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with Adobe Workfront is a strong plus.
  • PMP certification is a nice-to-have, but not required.
