About The Position

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a hands-on Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating crews, subcontractors, vendors, and materials, performing site visits, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and budget. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with customers, review scopes of work, monitor job progress, and solve problems in real time to deliver a high-level customer experience during challenging situations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in carpentry, remodeling, roofing, framing, or skilled trades who are ready to grow into a leadership role.

Requirements

• Background in carpentry, construction, remodeling, restoration, roofing, or skilled trades
• Leadership experience on jobsites or managing crews preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Organized, driven, and solution-oriented mindset
• Experience reading estimates, scopes, or blueprints is a plus
• Restoration industry experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish
