About the position

We're expanding and seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, specializing in General Contracting and Construction Management. This role is pivotal in overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring excellence in every aspect. As a Project Manager, you will spearhead General Contracting and Construction Management projects, focusing on coordination, planning, and execution. Your responsibilities include managing teams, maintaining budgets, ensuring quality, and meeting deadlines. While experience in self-perform is a bonus, your expertise in General Contracting and Construction Management is paramount.

Responsibilities

  • Lead General Contracting and Construction Management projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate all project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure projects adhere to safety standards, quality guidelines, and client expectations.
  • Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project documentation, quality assurance, and safety procedures.
  • Utilize self-perform capabilities to enhance project efficiency and quality when applicable.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in General Contracting and Construction Management.
  • Profound knowledge of construction principles, design processes, and industry practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Experience with self-perform construction is a bonus.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate complex project dynamics.
