About the position

As a Project Management Office (PMO) Intern at Saint Gobain North America, you will collaborate with project managers and engineers on the closure of significant projects, specifically Project Diamond, a state-of-the-art Glass Mat facility. This role offers hands-on experience in project management and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by executing critical projects while working closely with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure proper project closure.
• Assist in the transmission and storage of project documentation.
• Resolve punch lists and route lessons learned for improvements.
• Work with departmental managers to understand their needs and challenges related to project execution.
• Implement and configure tools, manuals, and documentation for seamless project transition to manufacturing.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
