About the position

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing resources and managing SharePoint to enhance project governance processes
• Provide project coordination support for ongoing mid-level projects
• Assist in adopting and managing a project management tool for team workspace management

Requirements

• Must be a current college sophomore or junior returning to an undergraduate program after the summer
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Problem-solving skills with a curious mindset

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
• Experience or coursework in organizational change management or business transformation
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques
