Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating project activities to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and project plans; prepare regular updates for stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison, facilitating effective communication between project team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow.
• Contribute to developing and maintaining project schedules; monitor progress and address any timeline deviations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineers, architects, contractors) to achieve project milestones.
• Utilize this internship to gain insights into civil engineering project management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management from an ABET/EAC accredited program.
• Proficiency in electronic communication (e-mail, text) and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic work environment.
