About The Position

As a Project Lead Coordinator, you will serve as the internal lead for small internal and external professional services engagements. In this key role, you will manage communications and expectations with the customer and help set, manage and achieve budget goals for all projects you lead.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in an operations and/or project management role in an IT environment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes
  • Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, business demeanor

Nice To Haves

  • 4-year college degree preferred
  • Desire to achieve PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification

Responsibilities

  • Run small professional services projects from initial Statement of Work (SOW) to completion
  • Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones
  • Coordinate project engineering team resources
  • Efficiently identify and solve project issues
  • Keep management informed of any issues related to projects
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of each project and scope
  • Review deliverables prepared by team prior to passing them to the client
  • Manage project budgets
  • Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis
