About the position

The Mechanical Project Executive will direct and supervise the work of project administration, project superintendents, project managers, and engineers to establish and execute operational priorities. This role involves managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution. The position is integral to the company's commitment to creating well-being for its people, customers, and communities, as demonstrated by its long-standing history and community involvement.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise project administration, superintendents, managers, and engineers.
  • Establish and execute operational priorities for projects.
  • Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and field personnel.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a 4 Year engineering degree or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of experience as a project manager or project engineer with revenue responsibilities of $15-25MM.
  • Experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management.
  • Working knowledge of structural, mechanical, and electrical civil and building practices.
  • Ability to lead estimating teams as needed.
  • Innovative management techniques to maximize employee performance.
  • Thorough understanding of construction software and industry practices.
  • Computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in directing and coordinating professional staff, subcontractors, and consultants.
  • Superior organization skills and ability to make independent decisions.
  • Business-oriented mindset.
  • Valid unrestricted Driver's License.
