About The Position

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Project Engineer to assist the Project Manager and Project Director in the overall performance of assigned operations for our Wireless & Communications Division. We are looking for exceptional leaders with a background in Construction Management and a passion for operational excellence to help us drive customer satisfaction and company profit. This position offers a competitive wage of $20-$28 per hour depending on experience and includes an extensive compensation package with weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
Ability to gather and distribute critical project information to team members to ensure seamless communication between the field and office.
Ability to travel to project sites for extended periods of time.
Knowledge of specialized equipment.
Self-driven professional who pays attention to detail and can lead with minimal supervision.
Proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
Ability to contribute to ongoing efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and personal job mastery.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

Wireless and Communications industry experience is strongly preferred to assist with I&E specific project needs.
