  • Effectively manage project performance.
  • Work with partnering organizations (Engineering, Supply Chain, Shipping/Receiving etc.) to ensure all processes are appropriately followed and implemented to ensure smooth product flow throughout the lifecycle.
  • Identify risks and opportunities to the program Risk & Opportunity Control Board and implement approved mitigation plans.
  • Support proposal development for future contract years.
  • Provide timely and accurate insight to key program impacts or opportunities to the Senior Manager & the Functional Managers.
  • Support Control Account Managers with monthly VARs / DDMs.
  • Present status to Navy Partners & Internal Stakeholders.
  • Minimum of a bachelor degree from an accredited college.
  • Project management experience or relevant experience (planning, finance, contracts, etc.).
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain a DoD secret security clearance.
  • Engineering Degree from an accredited college or MBA.
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Knowledge of program lifecycle and system integration.
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management.
  • Previous Estimation or Proposal experience.
  • Risk and Opportunity Management experience.
  • General technical knowledge of Mechanical Ground Support Equipment and / or FBM Program.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving complex issues or problems to successful closure.
  • Experience with manufacturing and manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of LM Space command media.
  • Good oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Active DOD Secret security clearance.
