About the position

The Project Coordinator/Senior Project Coordinator role at Parametrix involves supporting project managers in the Transportation Division to deliver a variety of projects. This position emphasizes collaboration, quality control, and effective communication with project teams and clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Support project functions including scope and budget development, progress reporting, project delivery support, project status tracking, meeting coordination, and workload forecasting.
• Provide quality control and coordination of client deliverables.
• Coordinate and engage with project managers, project teams, Finance, Contracts, and clients to ensure projects are delivered with attention to quality, schedule, and budget.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the AEC industry, handling tasks such as scope preparation, budgeting, invoicing, cost tracking, QA/QC, and project closeout.
• Technical editing and document proofing experience.
• Experience coordinating and tracking project work, monitoring schedules and budgets, calculating earned value, managing deliverables, and supporting teams with project deadlines and client commitments.
• Technical experience in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and SharePoint. Experience in technical report editing and formatting. Experience with BST10 and Concur knowledge will be a bonus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, working closely with project teams, managers, and clients to support project delivery.
