About the position
The Project Coordinator at Emergency Restoration Experts (ERX) plays a crucial role in supporting project managers with administrative and accounting functions related to emergency property restoration services. This position involves maintaining project files, tracking project progress, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring accurate invoicing and billing. The ideal candidate will contribute to the company's mission of improving lives through effective project management and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a Central Job File for each job and ancillary files where needed
- Ensure project managers maintain complete and accurate data for efficient production management
- Professionally address customer concerns and follow through to resolution
- Track and report project metrics, including revenue, costs, collections, and workload
- Act as a secondary representative to clients
- Assist with office and mitigation functions as needed
- Ensure accurate invoicing and progress billing
- Track job status and create profit margins prior to job commencement
- Maintain contact with current Repairs customers to evaluate job satisfaction and progress
Requirements
- Previous experience in the Construction and/or Insurance industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all departments
- Proficient in operating and navigating Dash for tracking notes and documents
- Possess computer and internet skills
- High School Diploma or GED
