About the position
The Project Coordinator in the Enterprise Project Management Office at Legacy Health plays a crucial role in supporting enterprise-wide projects from inception to implementation. This remote position, available to residents of Oregon and Washington, involves assisting project managers with various project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and tracking project metrics. The role emphasizes teamwork, project planning, and effective communication to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Support enterprise-wide projects from concept through implementation.
- Create project schedules and budgets, and track project metrics.
- Assist with project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing activities.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, and track and resolve issues.
- Manage small, well-defined projects or sub-projects under the direction of a senior project manager.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project-related work.
- Experience interacting with stakeholders and coordinating projects.
- Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
