About the position

The Project Coordinator role at Alter Domus involves supporting project managers in the onboarding process of clients across various product verticals. The position is designed for entry-level candidates and focuses on assisting with project management tasks, client communications, and ensuring project deliverables are met. The role provides exposure to client interactions and opportunities for professional growth within the project management field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in the onboarding process of clients across multiple product verticals.
  • Structure implementation materials with input from Project Manager.
  • Prepare project management deliverables for client communications related to the project.
  • Assist Project Managers with client requests and engage with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress on project deliverables by internal parties and report on project deliverables internally.
  • Collect Know Your Client (KYC) documentation from clients and submit via operations workflow systems.
  • Support Client Transition Managers with project management tasks around scheduling and organizing project documentation.
  • Actively manage components of project delivery to ensure client expectations and timetables are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • 0-3 years of project coordinator or similar experience;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to provide proactive, well organized, and clear reports to track project progress.

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic financial investment and/or alternative investment knowledge is a plus;
  • Smartsheet or similar project management knowledge is a plus;
  • Desire to move into a Project Management role on the team.
